Now reports to a different circus legend and tries to speak of peace between the disputing taps to donate: Star clown Oleg Popov met his longtime friend Paul for the common dinner in the Rhine Park.
Paul to EXPRESS: "The Oleg is a very fine fellow, and has the bickering between the two camps simply too much to bear."
The 79-year-old prankster Popov had all his charm to play to appease the disgruntled Paul.
