The former head of the Düsseldorf Academy of Art, Markus Lüpertz, wishes to proceed against his two-month driving ban.
"Maserati-Markus" (68) brought an appeal, as a spokesman for the district court of Bielefeld confirmed.
Now the case is taken over by the Oberlandesgericht Hamm. Lüpertz had been flashed several times, but he claims that different people would take his car.
